Private sessions are a fantastic way to explore certain aspects of yoga in more detail and work more closely with any specific issues or areas of interest, and a convenient way of practicing if you are unable to attend a class.

I am available for one-on-one yoga sessions with individuals, couples or small groups, in your home or for small groups at your office.

My classes incorporate safe and healthy alignment principles, delivered with a gentle sense of humour, playing with a curious exploration of asana (physical poses) and fostering an awareness of breath in order to align body, heart and mind.

Students of all levels are encouraged to discover their own unique experience in each pose in a way that maximises a sense of inner spaciousness and openness.  

Classes include the use of props to allow for necessary modifications and provide additional support and conclude with a deep and restorative relaxation or meditation.
