Refund and Cancellation policy

It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking. 
Naturally, no one registers with the intention of cancelling or postponing their workshop, but unexpected things do happen, so please inform Wendy Millyard Yoga immediately if you need to cancel.

Cancellation
If you cancel your single workshop or workshop series, Wendy Millyard Yoga will apply the portion of your payment as a credit for another series run by Wendy Millyard Yoga to be taken within 18 months of the original workshop date(s) or we will gladly transfer your payment to another guest. 

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties apply as follows:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop start date, 50% of your payment can be applied to another retreat. You will forfeit 50% of the payment.
• If you cancel on or within 14 days before your workshop start date, you will forfeit the entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. 

General Cancellation 
Wendy Millyard Yoga reserves the right to cancel the workshop(s). If such cancellation is NOT due to circumstances beyond the control of Wendy Millyard Yoga, you may transfer your full workshop payment to another workshop, or you may request a refund of payment. 

However, no compensation or refund will be made if cancellation arises before the workshop from circumstances beyond our and/or our suppliers’ control (force majeure) such as war, strife, civil disobedience, strikes, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, fire, natural disasters, etc, unless Wendy Millyard Yoga is able to recover any related sums. 

Photographs/Videotapes
Wendy Millyard Yoga may at times be photographing and/or videotaping the workshop. 

Wendy Millyard Yoga wishes to use such photographs/videos in its advertising, displays, publicity materials, and publications. Participants are deemed to have consented to Wendy Millyard Yoga using such images of you. 

However, if you prefer not to appear in any of the images/footage, please inform Wendy Millyard prior to the commencement of the Workshop.

Release/Responsibility
I agree that Wendy Millyard Yoga and its representatives, except for their gross negligence or wilful misconduct, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason to me, including, but not limited to delays or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations.

The participant agrees to assume any risks associated with the Workshop and agrees no liability will be attached to Wendy Millyard Yoga, its employees or agents. By paying the Workshop investment, the participant releases Wendy Millyard Yoga and its representatives from any such responsibility or liability.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance
I have read the above Terms and Conditions and understand the information pertaining to the “Monthly Restorative Yoga Workshops @ the Livingroom Coogee” and will not hold Wendy Millyard Yoga or Wendy Millyard responsible.
