Private sessions are a fantastic way to explore certain aspects of yoga in more detail and work more closely with any specific issues, therapeutic concerns and areas of interest.

I am available for private yoga sessions with individuals, couples of small groups: either online or in person, in the comfort of your own home, or for 1:1 or small groups at your office.
